Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved deliverables created specifically for your project become yours after full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, templates, plugins, libraries, and internal processes remain owned by their original owners or by Triqonix.
Some projects may use third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, analytics tools, app stores, plugins, or external libraries. We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, security incidents, or pricing changes caused by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.
